Job Summary
Triangle Heart Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with a physician to assist in identifying medical issues and facilitating patient care. The position is onsite and is part of the esteemed Duke Health network.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians to diagnose medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Perform various clinical procedures as needed.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and studies.
- Support advanced practice registered nurse majors in their education and training.
Qualifications
- Must have an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred, particularly in cardiology or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
