Job Summary
The Critical Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily technical and administrative functions related to critical systems in the data center. This role includes organizing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks while ensuring precise asset documentation within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Additionally, the Coordinator will collaborate with vendors to confirm that maintenance activities adhere to established protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage everyday technical and administrative operations for data center critical systems.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain comprehensive asset records within the CMMS.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure proper execution of maintenance tasks according to established procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or data center operations.
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with additional education in related trades.
