Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead enterprise negotiations regarding customer contracts and to develop essential contracting frameworks for the organization. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with product and engineering departments to deliver legal insights on artificial intelligence offerings, privacy matters, and data security.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for customer agreements at an enterprise level.
- Establish foundational contracting systems within the company.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide legal perspectives on AI products.
- Advise on legal issues relating to privacy and data protection.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree and active admission to a U.S. state bar, with the ability to practice in New York.
- More than 5 years of legal practice focused on commercial technology transactions and enterprise software agreements.
