The Leasing Agent plays a crucial role in attracting potential residents, leading property viewings, and overseeing the move-in procedures for new tenants. They are also tasked with delivering excellent customer service to current residents and managing various administrative duties, including rent collection and creating reports. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or multi-family housing management and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must be skilled in Microsoft Office and property management software, in addition to having a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
