Lead the Americas finance function, overseeing close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance, tax coordination, internal controls, cash management, and financial risk. Develop the finance team, partner with regional and central stakeholders, and improve shared-service delivery, systems, and finance processes. Requires a professional accounting qualification and substantial post-qualification experience in financial control, reporting, or a comparable senior finance role, ideally in a multi-entity or international organization. Candidates should have experience leading teams and close, balance sheet control, statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls, along with knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
