The House Manager at CILA holds the responsibility of overseeing staff members, coordinating day-to-day operations, and safeguarding the well-being of individuals with disabilities within a residential environment. Key facets of this role include managing budget adherence, ensuring the facility meets established standards, and promoting community engagement opportunities for residents. Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Furthermore, applicants need to demonstrate previous supervisory experience, completed DSP training, and possess a valid driver’s license.
