This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fresh start-up in the packaging industry, where you will play a vital role in the operational success of our new plant.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust packaging machinery for optimal performance.
- Operate packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to production schedules.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor product quality and safety standards during production runs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Availability to work onsite, with a 4-day work schedule.
