Job Summary
The RN Charge Nurse plays a vital role in delivering direct nursing care while assessing the health status of residents and creating tailored care plans. This position also involves offering leadership to nursing staff and ensuring adherence to all relevant nursing regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Assess and monitor the health status of residents regularly.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs.
- Lead and support subordinate nursing staff to enhance patient care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active RN license in North Dakota or be eligible to obtain one upon hire.
- Previous experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not mandated.
