Job description
The physician will oversee patient care through telehealth appointments as well as face-to-face visits, taking on the role of the hospice attending physician. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to maintain continuity of care and will be responsible for managing medical documentation, including certifications and death certificates. Applicants must hold a valid medical license to practice in Kentucky, possess an active DEA license, and be board certified in an appropriate specialty. A minimum of two years of medical experience following residency is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have experience in hospice or palliative care.
