Job Summary
The Part-Time Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in the Pre-Op, OR Circulating, and PACU departments within an ambulatory surgery environment. This position offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, without weekend obligations, and is located in Tallmadge, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Pre-Op, OR, and PACU settings.
- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with the surgical team as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients.
- Adhere to physician orders and implement established care plans.
- Ensure a safe and effective environment for patient procedures.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior experience in perioperative nursing preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with medical record keeping practices and standards.
