Job Summary
The Associate will oversee a diverse collection of intricate renewable energy project finance loans. This role involves assessing risks, modifying loans, and consistently monitoring credit status. Additionally, the Associate will assist in underwriting new loans, perform due diligence, and work closely with internal teams to implement strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assess a portfolio of complex renewable energy project finance loans.
- Carry out risk evaluations and modifications of loans.
- Perform continuous credit monitoring of the loan portfolio.
- Support the underwriting process for new loan applications.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective loans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with and achieve strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in finance, banking, or the energy industry.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong technical skills.
