Job Summary
The Alternate Nurse Supervisor is responsible for delivering clinical guidance and serving as a backup for the Director when they are not available. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of patient care and supporting the organization’s expansion through effective clinical management and compliance with necessary regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support in the absence of the Director.
- Maintain and manage personnel documentation effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee patient care activities to ensure high standards are met.
- Support the agency’s growth by ensuring clinical oversight and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- A minimum of two years of experience in home health nursing.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and Indiana Medicaid regulations.
