Job Summary
The Account Executive (Healthcare OR Retail) will play a vital role in driving sales efforts within the organization, specifically focusing on sectors related to healthcare and retail. This position reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer and is essential in promoting innovative AI solutions aimed at enhancing patient communication and scheduling efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives in areas like AI/ML, cloud technologies, and SaaS solutions.
- Engage with potential clients to present and discuss the benefits of clinically reliable AI tools to improve patient interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare and retail sectors.

Qualifications
- Experience in tech sales with a focus on B2B environments, particularly within sectors like healthcare or retail.
