Job Summary
The Vice President/Team Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and nurturing a team of account managers. This position focuses on enhancing client retention and fostering growth within an assigned portfolio of clients. The individual will work closely with sales teams and senior leadership to craft strategic initiatives and provide exceptional service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the account management team to achieve optimal client service and retention levels.
- Collaborate with sales and senior client leaders to formulate and execute strategic plans.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive business growth within the existing book of business.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, particularly in health and welfare insurance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- A valid California Resident Life & Health License is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
