This role is responsible for overseeing the complete execution of vehicle programs, guiding them from the prototype stage to full production. The position entails establishing technical roadmaps and setting product priorities while ensuring alignment across various technical disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of vehicle programs, ensuring seamless transition from initial prototypes to production phases.
- Define and maintain technical roadmaps that support the strategic direction of the vehicle programs.
- Lead and coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and AI experts.
- Establish measurable outcomes and shared vision across teams to enhance collaboration and achievement of project goals.
Qualifications
- 3 to 10+ years of relevant experience in hands-on engineering and providing technical leadership for complex multidisciplinary products.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated hardware-software systems effectively.
- Strong technical fluency in mechanical systems and embedded systems, showcasing deep understanding and expertise in these areas.
