**Watch Officer**
The Watch Officer acts as the primary authority on the watch floor, overseeing monitoring, triage, and escalation operations within a 24/7 cyber command center. This role involves ensuring an up-to-date operational overview, directing analysts, and collaborating with both federal and private sector stakeholders during incident responses. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated experience in team leadership. A current Top Secret clearance is a must, along with a solid understanding of incident lifecycle management and operational reporting.
