Job Summary
The Data Project Lead will oversee various data initiatives from the initial requirements stage through to release, while also providing support for the Index team’s daily pricing evaluations. This role includes mentoring less experienced analysts and creating technical solutions to enhance market data operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead data projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Support the daily price assessment processes of the Index team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts to foster their professional development.
- Develop innovative technical solutions aimed at optimizing market data workflows.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience working with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
- Hands-on experience utilizing agentic AI tools.
- A degree in a technical discipline is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with commodity markets and their inherent complexities.
