Job Summary
The Field Service Technician serves as the representative of GLORY in the field, responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical support. This role involves managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective problem-solving and maintenance of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire customer service experience and provide top-notch care to clients.
- Independently diagnose issues and carry out repairs on a range of devices and systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service or a related technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment, along with mechanical and electrical competency.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
