Coordinate the psychiatry residency program’s recruitment, resident tracking, reporting, orientation, and ongoing education in partnership with the Program Director. Maintain program data and documentation, support accreditation and reaccreditation requirements, and recommend improvements to program processes and policies. An associate degree is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least two years of experience as a program or service coordinator is required; healthcare experience is preferred.
