Job Summary
The Computer Works Technician plays a vital role in the assessment, repair, and refurbishment of donated computer hardware to ensure compliance with retail quality standards. This position also involves delivering technical assistance to clients and overseeing the inventory of hardware components and software available for sale.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair donated computer equipment, ensuring it is refurbished to meet retail standards.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed.
- Manage and track the inventory of computer components and software for the sales floor.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least two years of relevant experience in computer repair.
- A professional certification in technology repair, such as A+ Certification, is preferred.
