The paralegal will manage active litigation cases by serving as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinating discovery, depositions, and mediation. They are responsible for maintaining case files, drafting legal documents, and ensuring all litigation deadlines are met. Candidates must have experience with and knowledge of Illinois law, along with a high school diploma or GED. Prior legal experience, particularly in personal injury litigation, is strongly preferred.
