Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to locate and recruit skilled personnel for clinical roles within our agency. This includes hiring for positions such as RNs, LPNs, and PCAs.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Director of Nursing or Administrator weekly to assess staffing requirements.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of candidates to meet agency needs.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to fill positions effectively.
