Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting talented individuals for various clinical roles within our agency. The primary focus will be on filling positions for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), ensuring that our staffing requirements are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical positions.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to determine their suitability for roles.
- Collaborate weekly with the Director of Nursing or Administrator to assess staffing needs.
- Develop recruiting strategies to enhance the talent pool.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.
