Job Summary
The ERS Leader plays a crucial role in driving the expansion and effectiveness of the Private Equity and M&A practice’s portfolio. This includes the creation and marketing of exclusive Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance programs. The leader will steer key strategic projects, cultivate relationships with carriers, and supervise the training and development of team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A practice.
- Design and sell proprietary D&O insurance programs.
- Lead strategic initiatives for practice development.
- Manage and enhance relationships with insurance carriers.
- Direct the training and development of associates within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in areas such as brokering, underwriting, claims, legal, or risk management.
- Completion of a four-year college degree is mandatory.
- A Juris Doctor degree and relevant insurance designations are preferred qualifications.
