**Outpatient Clinical Supervisor**
The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical functions, managing team effectiveness, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. This role entails implementing nursing protocols and facilitating the coordination of patient care throughout the healthcare continuum. Applicants must possess a Vocational/Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing along with a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Virginia. Furthermore, a minimum of one year of nursing experience and a Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association are mandatory for consideration.
