**Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing the everyday clinical functions of the Withdrawal Management and Intensive programs, aiming to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients. This role involves overseeing clinical personnel, performing audits of documentation, and providing clinical treatment services such as crisis intervention and therapy. Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and hold advanced licensure in Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist). Additionally, candidates should possess at least two years of management experience along with two years of experience delivering psychotherapy within a recovery-focused care framework.
