Job Summary
This position involves delivering technical support and overseeing the implementation of wireless microwave and millimeter-wave systems within 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. The role encompasses collaboration with engineering teams to diagnose performance challenges, supervising installations on-site, and managing integration projects for networks.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and field implementation services for microwave and millimeter-wave systems.
- Work alongside engineering teams to identify and solve performance-related issues.
- Oversee site installations to ensure successful deployments.
- Manage various network integration initiatives, ensuring seamless operation and connectivity.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in RF systems and networking protocols.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
