Job Summary
The Network Planning & Expansion Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete process of fiber network expansion. This includes managing the journey from the first request, through design and cost evaluation, to the final handoff for construction. The role requires close cooperation with various teams, such as business development, engineering, and construction, to ensure the delivery of viable and high-quality network expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the comprehensive process of fiber network expansion.
- Collaborate extensively with business development, engineering, and construction teams.
- Ensure the feasibility and quality of network expansion designs and plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in fiber or Outside Plant (OSP) design and construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) software and network design tools, such as Vetro.
