Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for managing daily clinical and surgical activities to maintain effective workflows and ensure adherence to accreditation requirements. This role includes supervising clinical personnel, collaborating with physicians, and implementing patient safety measures within the office-based surgical program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical and surgical processes.
- Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards.
- Manage and coordinate the clinical staff effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians to enhance patient care.
- Implement and monitor patient safety protocols within the surgery program.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ophthalmology.
- Current certification in relevant areas such as COA, COT, COMT, or CO-OSC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Moses Lake, WA.
