**Press Operator**
In this role, the Press Operator is tasked with the setup and operation of the extrusion press, carefully overseeing temperature, speed, and pressure to guarantee the quality of the product. The individual will also execute regular maintenance, address equipment malfunctions, and keep precise production documentation. Applicants need to have completed the Iowa Aluminum Press Operator Apprenticeship Program and demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude. This position requires the physical capacity to lift loads up to 100 pounds, along with a strong dedication to safety practices and collaborative work.
