Job Summary
The Field Service Technician (Mechatronics) will be based onsite in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and will require travel. This role is with a prominent international manufacturer specializing in automated production systems. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues while also delivering maintenance services and operational training to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automated systems.
- Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide operational training and support to the client’s staff.
- Travel to various client locations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mechatronics technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
