Job Summary
The Supervisor is tasked with guiding the preparation team in overseeing exhibit properties, graphics, and rental equipment, ensuring their preparedness for installation at shows. This position involves the leadership and coordination of daily production tasks, assigning responsibilities, and seeking out methods to improve operational efficiency within the shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the prep team in managing and preparing exhibit properties and graphics.
- Coordinate daily activities within the production team to ensure timely readiness.
- Assign work tasks to team members and assess their performance.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to boost shop efficiency.
- Oversee the management of rental assets and logistics related to exhibits.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in production, fabrication, or logistics.
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and work from technical blueprints.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Skilled in managing and organizing complex project timelines.
