**Clinical Staff Nurse**
The Clinical Staff Nurse delivers and organizes patient care in the Emergency Department by applying the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes. Key responsibilities include recording patient data, overseeing emergency medical equipment, and working together with the healthcare team to uphold exceptional professional standards. Candidates must have a valid RN license from Florida and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, though a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Additionally, applicants should hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
