Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of all production and plant support systems. This position involves actively maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing issues within plant operations, thereby contributing to the overall reliability of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment.
- Engage in root cause failure analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance plant reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Journeyman status or an Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience is required for candidates with Journeyman status.
- If lacking Journeyman status, at least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or control programming is necessary.
