Job Summary
The Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within the company. This role entails addressing user inquiries, offering functional support, and working closely with various stakeholders to enhance system settings and streamline business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Triage user support tickets and provide functional direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine system configurations.
- Optimize business processes related to the software application.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT application or ERP support.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
