Provide residents with personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, catheter care, and perineal care, while maintaining their environment and supporting safe mobility and transfers. Document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and meal consumption; reposition residents and lead range-of-motion exercises and reality orientation as directed. Applicants must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and be able to accurately record information and perform technical procedures. The role also calls for strong communication, self-discipline, patience, compassion for elderly people and individuals with disabilities, and adherence to residents’ rights and safety policies.
