The EVS Technician plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness of carpets and flooring throughout the senior living facility. This position includes a range of custodial duties performed during the evening to create a pleasant atmosphere for residents. Applicants are required to possess a valid driver’s license and must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Although prior experience in carpet and floor maintenance is advantageous, it is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates a willingness to acquire the necessary cleaning skills.
