Applicants should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics, with proven supervisory capabilities in a manufacturing setting. A solid understanding of truck scheduling, shipping paperwork, and basic computer systems is essential, along with a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
