Monitor provider workloads, patient communication queues, pending clinical tasks, and response times, alerting providers and escalating urgent or overdue matters as needed. Coordinate between providers and internal teams, track operational performance, report risks and delays, and recommend workflow improvements. A Nurse Practitioner degree and professional background are required, along with experience in telehealth, virtual care, or clinical operations and familiarity with clinical workflows and EMR or telehealth platforms. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, understand HIPAA and patient confidentiality, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment; an active U.S. NP license is required if duties constitute clinical practice.
