Job Summary
The Hospice Aide plays a vital role in delivering both physical and emotional care to patients in a hospice environment. This position focuses on assisting with daily living tasks and observing vital signs, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive support during their end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical personal care and emotional support to hospice patients.
- Assist patients with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately to maintain patient health records.

Qualifications
- Must possess a state-approved Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide certification.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Experience in hospice care is preferred.
