- Oversee and manage departmental workflow using work order systems.
- Monitor and evaluate team productivity and efficiency.
- Handle billing activities related to maintenance operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for resident escalations and concerns.
- Assist in facility maintenance tasks and ensure proper inventory control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in residential apartment maintenance.
- Possession of a valid Illinois driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
