Support rehabilitation department operations through clerical work, documentation, phone and visitor assistance, filing, and coordination of therapy schedules. Help maintain regulatory compliance, treatment-area organization and supplies, support patients and staff, and report incidents or respond to emergencies as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and CNA certification is needed if required by state law. Candidates should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, effective communication and teamwork skills, reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic.
