Job Summary
The Network Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and managing the MCCA’s network infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of both wired and wireless communication systems that assist MCCA staff and clients. The administrator will also engage with the IT ticketing system to address network-related issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of the MCCA enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage wired and wireless communication systems for MCCA personnel and clients.
- Respond to and resolve network-related issues through the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance network performance and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or a minimum of five years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a Field Engineer or in Network Operations would be advantageous.
