Own Maybell Quantum’s global trade compliance program, including product and technology classification, export licensing, deemed export controls, transaction screening, and compliance across its international operations and supply chain. Establish governance, training, recordkeeping, and monitoring processes, and exercise authority to hold shipments, transfers, or disclosures until compliance issues are resolved. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on export controls or trade compliance experience for the Manager level, or at least eight years with multi-jurisdictional program ownership for the Senior Manager level, including direct EAR classification and BIS licensing experience. Working knowledge of deemed exports in multinational engineering organizations and experience with controlled hardware are required; European dual-use regimes, emerging technology controls, and building a compliance program are preferred.
