Job Summary
The Affordable Housing Specialist is responsible for upholding the standards set by HUD and Section 8 regulations. This role includes overseeing the leasing process, recertifications, and assessing resident eligibility. Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in affordable housing or case management.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Proficient mathematical skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Access to transportation for travel between offices and for community outreach.
