Job Summary
The Memorial Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Operating Room (OR) in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In this onsite role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care within our 12-bed OR unit, where your nursing expertise will be pivotal in supporting patients undergoing general surgery.
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in assisting patients during their surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high-quality care for all patients.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and provide post-operative care.
- Administer medications and support the recovery process.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and post-surgery recovery.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
- Experience in the Operating Room or surgical nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
