Job Summary
The Surgery Technologist for the Operating Room (OR) plays a vital role in the surgical team by providing assistance during surgical procedures. This position is located in Mauston, Wisconsin, and is performed onsite. The Surgical Technologist is responsible for preparing the operating room and ensuring that all instruments are sterilized and organized. The primary focus is to maintain patient safety and support the surgical team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before surgery.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist the surgical team during operations by passing instruments and managing other supplies.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and address any immediate needs during the procedure.

Qualifications
- Certification or relevant training as a Surgical Technologist.
- Experience in the Operating Room setting is preferred.
