Job Summary
This role encompasses the comprehensive management of the revenue cycle, focusing on critical facets such as eligibility, coding, claims processing, and denials management throughout the organization. The selected individual will also analyze and enhance operational structures while collaborating closely with both finance and operations teams to streamline workflows and implement process automation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle including claims, eligibility, coding, and managing denials across various sites.
- Assess and improve the operating model for revenue cycle management.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to enhance workflow efficiency and automate processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a revenue cycle leader, preferably within multi-site specialty groups or health-tech organizations.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and assess denial trends and patterns.
- Capability to facilitate transitions between in-house billing systems and outsourced models effectively.
