Job Summary
The Game Director is responsible for guiding the creative vision, development progression, and maintaining the quality of new game initiatives that are distinct from the Poppy Playtime series. This role necessitates collaboration with diverse teams, including Art, Engineering, and Production, to ensure that design goals are achieved and that project timelines are adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall creative direction of game projects.
- Ensure design objectives are aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and uphold the quality standards of games being developed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of design experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience within the video game industry.
- Proficient in Unreal Engine and project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
