National Care Advisors Jobs

Provide case management services addressing the care and quality-of-life needs of clients with special needs and older adults. Collaborate with family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees involved in client care. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required, along with at least five years of clinical nursing experience; CCM or CRRN certification and field or workers’ compensation case management experience are preferred. Candidates should have strong communication, organization, technology, research, collaboration, and customer service skills, and be willing to travel regionally overnight one to two times per month, occasionally travel nationwide, and meet documentation deadlines.
