Job description
The IT Site Technician II plays a crucial role in sustaining technology connected to production and delivering on-site IT assistance to both the Grimes manufacturing facility and office personnel. This position serves as the Level 2 escalation point for site-related support tickets and oversees the inventory of IT assets, equipment preparation, and infrastructure projects specific to the site. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a manufacturing or warehouse setting, with a strong command of Windows 11 and end-user hardware. A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or an equivalent level of experience is necessary, as well as the capability to operate in a physical environment and provide support to senior leadership.
